FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Therapy Services in Phoenix, AZ
We provide comprehensive in-home rehabilitation across three core disciplines: Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Therapy. We also offer specialized programs including Fall Prevention & Balance Training, Post-Surgery Rehabilitation, and Neurological Rehabilitation
In-home therapy is ideal for seniors and adults recovering from joint replacements, fractures, or other surgeries, as well as individuals managing neurological conditions like stroke or Parkinson’s disease. It also benefits anyone experiencing reduced mobility, balance issues, chronic pain, difficulty with daily living tasks, or challenges with speech and swallowing who prefers to recover in a familiar home environment.
In most cases, a physician’s referral or order is required to initiate clinical in-home therapy services, especially if you plan to use health insurance or Medicare. However, you can reach out to our team directly first—we are happy to help coordinate with your doctor’s office to obtain the necessary paperwork.
Session frequency depends on your specific condition, medical needs, and personalized treatment plan. Most clients are seen anywhere from 1 to 3 times per week. During your initial evaluation, your licensed therapist will recommend a schedule tailored to your recovery goals.
A typical in-home therapy session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes. This gives your therapist ample time to check your vitals, guide you through targeted exercises or functional activities, track your progress, and provide safe exercises to practice between visits.
